When science teacher Moises Vazquez left his house for the Faculty of Science of the National Autonomous University Of Mexico in a red and blue spandex Spider-Man costume, his family thought he was crazy. The next day, Vazquez left the house in his iconic comic character costume without a word of explanation, and they really thought he was nuts. Little did they know, Vaszuez wasn’t dressing up for the fun of it, if you ask his students, he’s the most dedicated teacher of all time.
The 26-yr-old was inspired to squeeze into the blue and red suit after reading one of his favorite Spider-Man comics. It depicted Spider-Man himself in front a classroom full of heroes, mutants and villains giving them a piece of his mind. His students and colleagues were a little confused at first, but they ended up in love with his innovative approach to education.
“I do the same job as anyone else, I don’t think it’s the best class in the world just because I put on a suit. But I assure you I want to be the most honest and dedicated there is, I just want to make the classroom a better place,” he said.
