Liquid Diet – for a Incredible Weight Loss

This diet is one of the most effective ways to lose weight in a short period of time. Diet can last two weeks where you can lose from 10 to 15 pounds. It can lead to rapid weight loss which is not very healthy and should be kept as short as possible.

The clear liquid diet will purify and prepare your body for consuming small amounts of food in the future and also will help you to reduce the stomach volume. The liquid diet food includes: dairy products, soups, juices, water and herbal teas. The maximum amount of fluid consumption per day, should not exceed 6 pounds.

Liquid diet plan
9:00 – a cup of oatmeal gruel
10:00 – a cup of vegetable broth (clear soup drained)
11:00 – a cup of warm boiled water
12:00 – a glass of freshly squeezed juice with water, half – half
13:00 – a glass of warm boiled water
14:00 – a cup of milk
15:00 – a cup of tea ( herbal tea) without sugar
16:00 – one cup meat broth without salt
17:00 – a cup of warm boiled water
18:00 – a cup of warm boiled water
19:00 – a glass of freshly squeezed juice with water, half – half
20:00 – a glass of warm boiled water
21:00 – a glass of kefir ( less than 2 % fat )

 

Three days after the clear liquid diet
Day 1: consume only small portions of cooked vegetables
Day 2: a bowl of boiled vegetables along with liquid from cooked vegetables and a piece of toast. Cabbage and Fresh carrots for dinner
Day 3: return to normal diet, but no bread and fatty foods.

Try to limit the intake of bread to 2 slices per day.
