I LOVE gift ideas that are so easy and cheap! This is SOO beautiful! The best part of this is that ANYONE can do this. A lot of DIY stuff is more for the crafty-at-heart but this is so simple that anyone could do it. I am so going to try this one out myself. Tip – this is also a great way to use up that bottle of nail polish that someone gave you but is so not your color.
