Mmmmmm! I love chocolate in all it’s forms. Especially when it looks this artistic. Here is a simple beautiful way to dress up any layered cake. Our microwave broke about six months ago and we never bothered to get it fixed. Yes it is convenient and yes it is fast but we have lived without it for long enough we have found it to no longer be necessary. This recipe can be done without a microwave and you won’t risk burning the chocolate. Just use a double boiler instead of the microwave to melt it. I won’t spoil the surprise on how the chocolate gets around the outside. Speaking of double boilers.
