When people ask us what our favorite type of food is, we’re always torn between two: Italian and Mexican. Though the two initially seem like they’re worlds apart, when we really think about it, they have a lot in common, especially the inclusion of lots of tomatoes and cheese. So it makes sense for them to come together in one exciting dish: Mexican Pizza! Watch to see how to give the old favorite a south-of-the-border twist.
