If you haven’t perfected the pancake flip, this life hack is not going to help you. But it will do something that few people are able to get a handle on. After implementing this pancake bottle hack, you’ll be able to make pancakes of the same size and shape every single time. No longer do you have to choose favorites when serving pancakes to your kids. Because every last one will be the same size as the last.

As you’ll see in the life hack video from Handimania, you can not only keep your pancake batter contained and even, you’ll be able to make perfect circles every time. Check it out because we guarantee that this trick will make Sunday or Saturday morning breakfast easier for you.

This recipe is great because once you get the hang of it, you’ll be able to change it to suit your unique tastes and preferences. But if you want to make it exactly the way Handimania does in the video (and that might be a good idea if you want to master it first), then you’ll need the following ingredients and items to get started:

-1 cup of flour
-2 tbsp. of sugar
-2 tsp. of baking powder
-A pinch of salt
-2 tbsp. of oil
-1 egg
-1 cup of milk
-A plastic bottle

So what is the trick? As the Handimania video description says, “Simple but genius hack will change your breakfast forever! If you are a huge fan of pancakes but never had a nerve to make them yourself because of all the mess with the batter, you should definitely stop and watch our short video. The devil is in the bottle!”

“Simply mix the ingredients, according to either yours, or our recipe, but not as you would normally do. Use an empty and dry, plastic bottle and see how fun it will be to make crêpes and pancakes from now on!”

Grab yourself a large plastic bottle. Take off the top and put a funnel on top. Now add the ingredients you need for your pancakes. Pour the dry ingredients in first. This will make sure they don’t get stuck to the funnel.

When you have your dry and wet ingredients, including your egg, inside the plastic bottle start shaking it around. You want to make sure the batter no longer has clumps from the flour.

TIP: The video also shows you how to make crepes if you’re so inclined.

Meanwhile, grease and heat up your skillet.

When your batter is ready, pour perfect circles right onto the hot skillet.

ecause the batter will be contained inside the plastic bottle, you can easily manipulate how to pour it out. That means you can make perfect circles every time. Or unique shapes, like dinosaurs, if you have young children.

TIP: If you have leftover batter, store it in the fridge for later.

Are you sold on this pancake cooking method? Or does it leave something to the imagination?
